Oasis at LIU-Post Camp FAQs

Why is this happening?

The Town of North Hempstead will no longer be accepting proposals from private organizations to run camps. As such, Michael J. Tully Park and Manorhaven Beach Park, which are Town of North Hempstead Parks, are no longer available to us. We view this as an incredible opportunity to provide our Tully Park and Manorhaven families with the unbelievable facilities at LIU Post.

Where is LIU Post?

Long Island University - Post Campus is located just 8 miles away from Tully Park, and 9 miles from Manorhaven Park at 720 Northern Boulevard in Greenvale.

How long does it take to get to LIU-Post?

Obviously, this depends on where you live, but by car from Tully Park or Manorhaven it will take 15-20 minutes.

How will this affect the cost of camp?
