Welcome to Camp!

For 20 years children in New York, New Jersey, Long Island and Westchester, have been enjoying unforgettable summers while making lifelong friendships. Families choose Oasis for our values, culture, staff and amazing activities. Children love coming back each year because they have made terrific friends and experienced the magic of a traditional camp, right in their own neighborhood! When you send your child to Oasis, you can be sure they will have the best summer camp experience.

At Oasis children:

How do I access my online account?

You can acess your online account HERE, by logging in with the email address you used when registering. Your online account will give you access to your child's account where you can view which forms forms are still outstanding, make a payment, or print a statement.

What happens after I register?

Welcome! You’ve taken the first step to a fantastic summer for your child! We are here to guide you through the next steps needed to make sure your child has a smooth start at camp!

Before your child starts camp, they will need the following forms completed:

You can access forms, dates & rates, and FAQs here:

Bayside - Central Park - Dobbs Ferry - Downtown - Madison

Long Island - Brooklyn Camp TWU

The medical form and immunization records must be dated and signed by your pediatrician within the last 12 months and MUST be submitted to camp before your child begins the first day of camp. If your current physical expires before or during the summer, please be sure to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Keep in mind that summer is a busy time at the doctors’ offices and many go on vacation. If you do not have a completed and valid physical and immunization record, your child may NOT start camp until such time that those forms are submitted to the camp office.

Due to the New York State Department of Health Guidelines and the American Camping Association Guidelines, Oasis Day Camps do not accept children without up to date immunizations.

Pre-Summer Information

You will start getting emails and newsletters from us. We’ll keep you updated with exciting news at camp and upcoming events.

Upcoming events will include open house sessions when you can visit the camp and meet our staff. We will tell you about any upcoming tours and Orientation Sessions. If it is your first year with Oasis, we strongly suggest that you attend an Orientation Session which is held in June at your camp location. At the Orientation Session, we will give you any information you should know about your child’s schedule, you can pick up backpacks and t-shirts, and meet our summer staff.

What Your Child Should Bring to Camp

Please label everything with your child’s first and last name!

Please leave all personal items such as toys, trading cards, electronics and such at home! We don’t want anything lost and we want the children to interact with their fellow campers and staff!

Health & Medication

At Oasis we have a Health Director on site at all times. If your child is bringing any medication from home, it MUST BE in its original packaging and must have his/her COMPLETE name and instructions including dosage on a doctor’s letterhead with the child’s name, the administration instructions and signed by the doctor. *Please note that the child will administer any medications themselves in the presence of the Health Director; we cannot administer any medications but will supervise it.

Allergies- We are not a nut free camp!

Please notify us of any food and/or medication allergies your child may have. Do not send “over the counter” drugs, such as nasal spray or cough medication in the backpacks, all must have the instructions and doctor’s indication as described above.

The Health Director will notify you immediately if your child becomes injured or ill. You will also be informed of minor problems i.e. small scrapes, headaches, etc. when your child is picked up at the end of the day.
