We can also organize and manage specific program components such as swim programs, camping trips and soccer clinics.
The success of our programs depends on people, so we have developed an extraordinary staff training program. All new staff members receive a two-hour computer-based training program and a four-day orientation which includes topics such as team-building skills, communication with students and parents, organizing activities, and managing groups of children through the stages of groups development.
Additionally, our on-going, in-service training program is an accredited college course enabling undergraduate students to receive four college credits for working with Oasis
