Flexible Funding Makes Youth Programs Possible!
Oasis works with organizations to bring programs to communities in two ways.
Institutionally Funded Programs
Schools, school districts and other youth-serving organizations hire
Oasis to run programs for their children. Oasis program examples include:
~ Afternoon enrichment programs in summer schools throughout Brooklyn and Queens for the NYC Department of Education
~ Two full-day, seven-week summer enrichment programs in Brownsville, Brooklyn funded by New York State through a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant
~ A year-round after-school program for Long Island University as part of a federal grant to prevent youth violence
Parent Pay Programs
