The staff we hire must be mature, creative, safe, energetic, able to work well with others and serve as good role models for our campers. A summer with Oasis involves working with children between the ages of 4 and 14 for eight weeks, usually with a specific interest in a particular age group. Most of the work involves being outdoors and interacting with children in a positive, helpful and creative manner for 8 hours a day. Your evaluation of the applicant's character and skills is very important to us and we hope you will be very honest when responding. All responses are kept confidential.
